I had a horrible experience - I called to enquire about a property. The agent proceeded to take my details saying he would now have to ask me some "intrusive questions". Upon finding out my partner was a stay at home parent he immediately dismissed me. He said i should continue looking on zoopla and someone will eventually rent to me but his agency cannot, as my partner "would never pass the background check". Yet I am looking to rent a property myself and I am employed and have savings! Pretty nasty experience

I would not recommend. I rented a property and it was a very bad experience. At the move in the flat was in black out and filthy. Be extremely careful with the Inventory and the inventory clerk.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Appalling customer service and extremely unprofessional, called to advise on property availability and the advisor was patronising and belittling. Estimating my monthly expenses, saying 'the landlord would not accept someone like you.' DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you are looking for an unqualified financial advisor!

Giving one star as I can’t give less than that. I’ve been waiting 2 months already to get the keys from my new flat and the staff ignores me every time I go to speak with them, and let’s no talk about how many emails I have sent already without any answer from anyone. They don’t care at all about their customers. If you email them wait at least 2 weeks until you get an answer of course. Never renting or buying a house from them, really bad service and incompetent people. I’m in a situation where I really need these keys and no one I doing nothing about it, we are talking about keys, what you use to get into your house

Emailed 3 times in regards to a property I was really interested in and would have rented. And now I have lost out as I was completely ignored.

I called to view a property and I was told I "should probably have a mortgage in principle before viewing". I work in the banking industry, have gotten an affordability check and have about 15% deposit saved already. Yet the agent on the phone spoke as if I was an idiot because I am a first time buyer. I was supposed to get a call back on a viewing I wanted to book and never heard back. I guess they dnt like first time buyers.

The worst estate agents what I have come across. Had a viewing of property, wanted to palce an offer, but was told to wait for call from agency until tomorrow morning. When rang them up I found out that the propery was sold to someone else who had viewing 30 minutes after us and they were allowed to place the offer?? Absolutly disgusting and unfair manners from this estate agents.

Do not trust if you're a buyer

Be very careful of Dey King Haria. My cash offer was accepted but the agents were simply working behind the scenes to get a higher offer. 6 weeks later, they lied and told me the seller didn't want to sell anymore, only for the property to sell to a higher bidder. As a buyer, you can't trust this agent - beware before you incur survey costs and legal fees.
