I've just exchanged through Dey King and Haria and they were fantastic throughout the whole process. They always kept me informed of any issues, we had a slow vendor solicitor which adds to the stress of buying and selling but they were always badgering him to get on and do his job. Dey King and Haria have been great. We originally rented a property which they managed on behalf of the landlord, this was always a smooth process dealing with them. More recently we brought a house through DK&H, they were patient and understanding in addition to Knowledgeable on the process and helped to get the sale successfully across the line in good time.

Great! Martin was passionate about our property and really good at advising us to get us a great sale. The work that Martin and Sam put into helping chase solicitors after was truly heroic. When selling a house, people forget how slow solicitors and difficult solicitors can be but at DKH they made sure to chase up and down the chain with our permission for us to help organise a suitable completion date. Well worth the fee and will use them again if we ever decide to sell.
