I've just exchanged through Dey King and Haria and they were fantastic throughout the whole process. They always kept me informed of any issues, we had a slow vendor solicitor which adds to the stress of buying and selling but they were always badgering him to get on and do his job. In the end their hard work paid off as they kept the seller and me as the buyer happy through to exchange relatively stress free.
