I am not an easy person to impress (or to deal with at times!) and after my experiences in dealing with two other estate agents in Rickmansworth, once last year and another previously in 2011, I have to say that DKH are a breath of fresh air in terms of their agency service! They adopt a very professional approach to the Marketing (which included a video with drone shots at no extra cost), which in my view sets them apart from the rest, and were also very proactive on their communication throughout the whole period of conveyance. In short, they have been superb and Rachel is an asset to the office, as is Ben who is one of the Directors of the firm based at this new branch.
