We never write reviews, but just had to following an overwhelmingly positive experience with Dey King and Haria in Rickmansworth. Rachel was absolutely phenomenal throughout the process of purchasing our house in Rickmansworth. She went above and beyond to communicate regularly with the upper chain and to keep us informed every step of the way. She was accessible on WhatsApp and was incredibly quick to respond. If it wasn’t for Rachel, we are sure the process would have taken so much longer and been far more difficult. She held a long chain of 7 houses together expertly when the other agents and solicitors seemed to have no idea what was going on. She even created a spreadsheet of the chain details and forwarded them on to us, and chased all parties daily for us. She even messaged us to check everything was OK on the weekend we moved in, and asked if we needed anything else from the vendors. Unfortunately the agent we used for our sale (Winkworth in London not DKH) were highlighted as being pretty apathetic in comparison! Ben was also fantastic. He was very honest and open when advising us- we felt we were in safe and experienced hands. Huge thanks again for making the whole process as quick and painless as possible.
