Adam and his team were incredible helpful and friendly, offering me lots of advice and were transparent and upfront about the whole process (which is a first for an estate agent). I didn't end up renting somewhere through them this time, but they did make the whole process of looking incredibly stress free, which is fairly novel nowadays!
