I sold my house through newton fallowell and couldn't t praise them enough . They got me the price I wanted and in a very short time .it was a pleasure to walk in their shop . I dealt mostly with Millie and she became like a friend .they are all lovely . Hope I don t move again but if I do I would have no hesitation to use them .

Not one for generally posting comments or reviews however having rented through a number of lettings agents and a Chatsworth House property previously, I can honestly say that Claire Hutchinson, Letting Manager, and the Newton Fallowell team have been excellent management agents for the duration of our property rental with them (over 3 years); property concerns or maintenance issues addressed swiftly, approachable staff, easy to deal with and would highly recommend.

I have just completed a property sale and have been very satisfied with the NF Retford team’s service. A fair and realistic sale price was achieved and the sale completed in 2 months start to finish which is a great result for everyone concerned. Whenever I rang or called in I was always received friendly but professional service. A question over the phone was always dealt with promptly and when they say they will call back, they do - quickly and with the information I needed, no matter who you spoke to in the office, they all pitch in and take ownership of the issue. How many firms can you say that about ? Reasonable fee too. When selling the biggest asset you own, just ignore the silly tv adverts and choose a real and local company. I have been renting a house via the agency Newton and Fallowell (Retford) since November. I was quite surprised after having viewed houses with other estate agencies: the process with Newton and Fallowell was efficient and straight forward. There was no messing about. Viewed the house within 2 hours of making the call to inquire about the house. When I expressed my interest, they got the ball rolling. I was so used to being told I had to wait because other people needed to view the house as well, even after saying that I was interested in the house(s).
