I have been renting a house via the agency Newton and Fallowell (Retford) since November. I was quite surprised after having viewed houses with other estate agencies: the process with Newton and Fallowell was efficient and straight forward. There was no messing about. Viewed the house within 2 hours of making the call to inquire about the house. When I expressed my interest, they got the ball rolling. I was so used to being told I had to wait because other people needed to view the house as well, even after saying that I was interested in the house(s).
