I was offended by the lady staff manager who called me and told me she found me quite offensive with my offer I put foreword and that she wouldn't be contacting the seller. with my offer. i have been in this office before and had this aggressive attitude from her before about month ago i was dreading going in the shop but luckily i was introduced to tom who was a lovely guy and took me to the property. he told me they were open to offers and being a property developer with 69 houses under my belt I came home and did a survey price on this property. before i gave them a offer. I have never been spoken to like this except previously by this same women i can honestly say she does not like me. but to talk with a customer like that is to show her ignorance and ability to have good customer relations I will never go to this branch again and I will tell all my clients to do likewise she may think that her attitude is going to win her favours well I'm afraid it will cost this branch dearly for even employing her. so good luck with that one ! i will post on Facebook and let my clients know how ignorant and offensive she is.
