Phoned up to view a rental property. I was bombarded with personal questions which should only of been asked if I had decided to proceed with said property. I was then told that she had to ask landlord if I could view and she’d ring me back. The tone of the lady was awful, if I couldn’t afford the property I wouldn’t have rang to view it. No one phoned back to either confirm or reflect my viewing.
