Horrendous service and totally unreliable, no respect for their customers. Updating due to the shocking response from the company. Accused my review of being vague, done for security reasons mostly, but also if I wrote out all my issues this would have given a worse impression than original comment does. I have been accused making false review, can 100% confirm I had direct experience with firm, met staff and went on viewings and my review is accurate of the experience I had. So although it’s not the review you want, I don’t see how you can ask for its removal. Scrolled through and can see every 1 star review received same attack, including 1 from 4 years ago. It seems a completely illogical form of communication and they are operating on assumption, which is never wise. Please note the comment from the company from April 3rd, is not the 1 I was left on April 1st. The tones are different. 1st April was far more sinister, tone from April 3rd is more polite but aim is the same.

Try and avoid if you're looking to rent, won't be honest with you for one second. The response below tells you everything you need to know about this company. You have a terrible experience and having had 5 months to attempt to rectify it, they instead threaten you with legal action. No good company responds like that and you should wonder how many more poor reviews they've avoided with these threats. This review is no more vague than any of the others, they're happy to accept that they are genuine and these reviews have come over a period of 2 years. I won't provide further details as it seems they'll just use this to threaten to sue me, but this review is honest. These people are awful and I won't be intimidated into changing what I've said about them. How about you just improve your service instead of trying to suppress honest feedback.

Sorry about your experience. It’s unfortunate that the landlord chose another tenant's offer over yours. While it's not uncommon for tenants to miss out on certain flats, we did make efforts to find alternative housing options for you. Following internal reviews, we've confirmed that there's nothing needing rectification, so it didn’t take us 5 months to address your concerns. Unfortunately, for this incident, we found no wrongdoing in the handling of your case. It's regrettable that your review didn't clearly outline the issues you experienced with our service quality. Really awful agency in Redhill. Try to make you pay all sorts of fees. Will lie and mislead to make a £ any way they can.

Awful awful awful letting agent. If you want to be charged with lots of fake charges when you move out, accused of not cleaning etc when have receipts to prove your cleaning then rent from this terrible company. Also they will leave you without heating and a newborn baby with no apology or compensation. Please avoid! There are so many other fair and honest letting agents but these are honestly the most awful I have ever encountered
