It was a complicated sale because of all the rules surrounding Leasehold properties,the fact that we had a tenant in the flat until the last moment and the fact we live in Birmingham. I was pleasantly surprised by CJ Hole at Redfield. Be aware that although they are part of a chain, each estate agent is franchised, I found this out after trying to drop keys for my place at another agency. The sale itself was a slow start due to covid and my property being slightly tricky to sell. I lived in an apartment block and had management fees, ground rent etc. After a little advice over how to present the property, photo's were taken and after three viewings a buyer was found. I was informed the buyer had a good deposit, good job and a mortgage already agreed in principle. This seemed like a good prospect, and a sale was agreed. Finding a buyer seemed like the easy bit, Bonnie from CJ Hole worked tirelessly behind the scenes overcoming problems as they came to make sure the deadline was met. Overall a good service all.

Such lovely staff. It was my first property purchase, and I was rather anxious about it! However, the CJ Hole Redfield staff helped me every step of the way, and were really quick to respond to any questions and queries I had. I was working directly with Bonnie, who was super lovely to work with on the purchase of this house. I can certainly recommend!

Couldn't recommend enough! During the purchase of mine and my partners first house, Justin was so helpful. To be honest pretty much all updates we received were from Justin who was always on the ball chasing everything for us to get our purchase to happen as quickly as possible. We have also since recommended the branch to my mother-in-law who after not being able to sell her property with another agency, put it on the market with CJ Hole and Kevin then got it sold within 2 weeks! Highly recommended, very professional and couldn't be more helpful!
