Barry Williams delivered for me where so many other brokers failed or simply didn’t try. My circumstances were unusual and difficult, and despite what I had been told by my previous brokers (that securing a proper decision in principle would be impossible at present) he was able to prove them wrong and get me an agreement from Barclays. Throughout the process he was communicative, happy to field questions and never made a promise he didn’t keep. I would heartily recommend him to anyone seeking a mortgage, but especially to anyone who thinks they have so far been let down. Can’t thank him enough for his work.
