The CJ Hole Redfield team were extremely helpful in our first experience of buying a property in Bristol. Specifically Kevin who was our estate agent from the start. He gained a really clear idea of what we were looking for in a property and arranged several viewings for us following this. This included allowing us to be the first to view a property. He went the extra mile throughout when offering to help us with different aspects of the house buying process.

I am a landlord and have used CJ Hole for a number of years, they provide excellent service, quickly finding and referencing tenants to ensure my void times are kept to a minimum. I intend to use them many years into the future.

We recently selected CJ Holes new Redfield branch to market and find a tenant for our property in Easton. Brad did the best pitch of the four agents we looked at. The photos of the property were excellent and Hope did a good job of following up after the viewing and we found a good new tenant who could move in promptly. The model where Kayleigh in the other office does the paperwork worked well and all the documentation was excellent.
