We put our property up for sale mid December 21, first with one incompetent local agent then a second. By the end of June we had got precisely nowhere. I was pleasantly surprised by CJ Hole at Redfield. Be aware that although they are part of a chain, each estate agent is franchised, I found this out after trying to drop keys for my place at another agency. The sale itself was a slow start due to covid and my property being slightly tricky to sell. I lived in an apartment block and had management fees, ground rent etc. After a little advice over how to present the property, photo's were taken and after three viewings a buyer was found. I was informed the buyer had a good deposit, good job and a mortgage already agreed in principle. This seemed like a good prospect, and a sale was agreed. Finding a buyer seemed like the easy bit, Bonnie from CJ Hole worked tirelessly behind the scenes overcoming problems as they came to make sure the deadline was met.
