I have used Robert Oulsnam in the past, and would recommend them to anyone who wants a personal service in selling their home. I was very happy with the service provided by James who provided me with a honest valuation of my house and also thank Joel Kordan the sales negotiator for keeping me informed throughout the selling process. Sadly on this occasion I was not able to sell my house because of a negative survey on the property I was buying.

Overall, Robert Oulsnam were fine and did what was needed during the process. I had fairly limited interaction with them throughout, but when I did need to contact them they were responsive and easy to deal with. Viewings were arranged without any issues, and they were helpful when it came to putting in an offer and moving things forward. Lauren was helpful and responsive and provided a smooth and straightforward experience overall.
