We have recently instructed Robert Oulsnam Estate Agents to market our home and have been extremely impressed with the service we have received so far. From the outset, the team took the time to visit the property on several occasions to fully familiarise themselves with the house. This attention to detail gave us real confidence that they understand our home and will be able to present it to prospective buyers in the best possible way. A special mention must go to Ed, whose photography was exceptional. He was patient, professional and clearly passionate about his work. The photographs are great, and he also gave us a fascinating demonstration of the drone photography, showing how it could highlight both the property setting. The results were impressive and showcased our home beautifully. The whole process has been smooth, professional and reassuring. Everyone we have dealt with at Robert Oulsnam has been friendly, approachable and helped us through what could be a daunting process. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

I shall be forever thankful that I found Vicky and the team at Oulsnam Redditch. Today, we complete on our house sale in Rubery after 9 painful months on the market with another agent, Oulsnam were a breath of fresh air.
