Are Estate Agents needed in todays digital age?

In a world where every service or product is pushed online or delivered by an automated system you could ask yourself "Are Estate Agents needed anymore?", especially taking into account competitive online companies like Purple Bricks. In a nutshell Shelley, Sarah (Conveyancing) and Glen at Andrew Grant were "invaluable" with the negotiations, questions, updates, unlimited phone calls and emails. They were both the Seller and Buyer and the sale most definitely wouldn't have gone through if it wasn't for the team at Andrew Grant Redditch.....I cant thank them enough for the professionalism that answers the opening question. One final note - before you think this reviewer might be some older guy who isn't at the forefront of digital - I own and run a creative digital agency!

Brilliant from start to finish!

We decided to go with Andrew Grant with both sale and purchase, and what a good choice that was! They were brilliant from start to finish and we couldn't fault them at all! During the process the communication was also very good and we never waited long for email replies etc. Everyone that we dealt with was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us! Although we had a very stressful moving day Andrew Grant did everything they could to help (even finding us another Van to use on the day at very short notice)! We appreciate everything you did for us, especially Grace and Glenn, thank you so much for helping us, we couldn't of done it without you!
