Edward was just amazing! Would 100000% recommend! We tried a few other well know estate agents before using EweMove but didn’t have any luck selling our property so luckily finally got in touch with Edward. What’s great is he manages the whole process from taking brilliant photos, advertising the property to dealing with the buyers and solicitors. I loved the fact he shows people round for viewings, so you know its not going to be some random part timer who works for the estate agent on the weekend and who basically doesn’t care (we had a few of these when using the other estate agents). We even had a what app group so any time of the day or night you could contact him with questions and we would always get a response within minutes. Also, as its just Edward and his wife doing it all, I felt there was more incentive for him to have the property sold. From start to finish the process went smoothly, Edward was professional and an absolute delight to work with. Don't waste your time like we did trying to go with other people and just use EweMove from the get go as they are definitely the best estate agents in Wycombe (by a mile)!

I really can’t recommend Ewe Move and Edward Jarvis enough. We initially had our house on the market with a big chain estate agent. It was listed with them for many months and we grew tired of new staff arriving not knowing the house and unable to answer potential buyers questions. Unsurprisingly we received no offers or if we did nowhere near asking price. Edward was different. Edward conducted every viewing himself and knew it inside and out. Any question buyers had he knew the answer. His marketing of the property was impressive, lots high quality photographs of all the rooms and a professional looking video tour of the house. It took Edward less than a week to sell our house and we got asking price for it which we were very happy with. Post sale Edward was very helpful and accommodating and we managed to sell and buy our new property in these unprecedented times. We were one of the lucky few. Anyone who is planning on selling their home I would recommend Ewe Move every time.

Excellent. Nothing else to say really but I'll say it anyway. Edward was endlessly patient, charming and helpful. He started off giving great advice on how we might best present our house to make it as appealing as possible. Once we'd done that he took great pictures and wrote a very engaging house description. All the viewings were arranged efficiently and accompanied by Edward. He communicated feedback quickly and was happy to discuss it. Once we got offers he gave well informed advice when we asked for it, but made it clear the final decision was ours, and we felt no pressure here. Once the sale was agreed, Edward worked tirelessly to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. One other thing: Edward was very happy to offer invaluable advice about negotiating our purchase too. Edward is a franchise owner operating alone and he goes the extra mile in a way we have never experienced buying or selling before. We would recommend him unreservedly.

I cannot rate the service provided by Paul at Ewemove in Northampton enough. Very easy to talk to, keeps you informed and incredibly helpful. I'd definitely use Ewemove again for any future moves.
