Excellent. Nothing else to say really but I'll say it anyway. Edward was endlessly patient, charming and helpful. He started off giving great advice on how we might best present our house to make it as appealing as possible. Once we'd done that he took great pictures and wrote a very engaging house description. All the viewings were arranged efficiently and accompanied by Edward. He communicated feedback quickly and was happy to discuss it. Once we got offers he gave well informed advice when we asked for it, but made it clear the final decision was ours, and we felt no pressure here. Once the sale was agreed, Edward worked tirelessly to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. One other thing: Edward was very happy to offer invaluable advice about negotiating our purchase too. Edward is a franchise owner operating alone and he goes the extra mile in a way we have never experienced buying or selling before. We would recommend him unreservedly.
