We have used Inventory Base for some time and find it to be an essential tool in terms of our property management service. Prior to this inspecting properties was cumbersome and involved more administration work in the office. The app is brilliant and has never let us down. I like the way you can design your own templates. If we have a question the instant chat feature is excellent and prompt.

This service has been immeasurably beneficial - we love it especially the AI version. Our landlords are very impressed with the reports too. The reports are easy to do and as time saving as physically possible. Inventory Base ensures no stone is left unturned regarding how property condition is documented.
