The actual reporting system is easy to use, I love how its flexible to your needs and is a great tool for a growing company. More importantly the staff are so helpful and get back to you quickly to help with any questions or issues. Rosie Bolt in Sales is exceptional, she goes above and beyond to ensure I know all there is to know about the system and is always at the end of the phone if I need her.

With regards to the introduction of AI to complete reports I was a bit sceptical at first but after dialogue with Rosie Hoult in the sales department she persevered and answered all of my questions and although there are areas I feel that could be improved Rosie’s diligence and patience has proved worthwhile because I’ve got a better grasp of AI and I feel that I’m completing reports a lot quicker than I would’ve done without it. I just want to thank Rosie for persevering with me because I did ask silly questions at times and I’m glad to be using AI as i am now an advocate Thank you
