Mo was a pleasure to deal with as a buyer: - no seedy tactics, just good gentle soft sales technique. He answered our enquiries with urgency, even after completion. One enquiry was on a Sunday when we couldn't figure out what was going on with the central heating. He had no legal obligation to respond, simply a moral one. On one occasion I have been so impressed by the quality of estate agency as a buyer, I have decided to go with that agency when it came time to sell. This would be another one of those occasions. How one represents oneself really elevates both the personal and the corporate brand.
