We ended our relationship with Alexandra Grace Law long ago, and I wasn't aware that their business had closed. In regards to the sale of your second property, the buyer was unable to proceed due to the surveyor's report, which was explained at the time. I'm sorry that you weren't happy with my attitude when you took your property off the market in May 2022, it's always disappointing when we're not able to help our customers especially when I felt we had built up a strong relationship. If this disappointment came across in our communications it was only because I wanted the best for you and I really care about the people we work with.
