The moment John came round we felt that we were in safe hands. He explained the process of the sale with regard to viewing, costs and the legal side of the transaction. Jack was the agent who showed the prospective buyer's around. The viewings went very smoothly with us taking the dog out while Jack conducted them. When the house was sold, we were told we needed certain safety certificates. John pointed us in the right direction and advised us as to what we needed to do.
