Jack at Whitstable Branch was friendly professional and knowledgeable, whilst dealing with purchase of my New Home. Made the whole experience less stressful. Questions answered quickly, gave feedback promptly. Jack was aware what stage my purchase was at any given time. Sophie was Wonderful when first showcasing the Property, I then went into buy. Friendly informative and helpful. The whole visit was relaxed but professional- I felt very much at home, important on viewing a property.
