In Sept 2018, I was tasked with making contact with local estate agents in the High Wycombe area, in order to sadly sell my late grandmother's house. After a little research online, I came across Ewemove, High Wycombe. Edward Jarvis of Ewemove was one of three estate agents that I met with and who provided me with a market appraisal and valuation. Edward really stood out from the other two agents. Not only with his professional approach and area knowledge, but with his expertise and skill to see scope for expansion, which not only helped achieve the right price for us as the seller, but also provided the buyer which much more information for property suitability. Throughout the house sale process, Edward always kept us up to date with regular feedback from viewings. Viewings were even carried out on a Sunday and at short notice. Edward's photos and sale brochure particulars were far superior than his competitors in the area; well written, clear layouts (inc an external plan) and excellent photography. It is worth mentioning that although Ewemove do not have a shop front presence - this certainly did not affect anything at all. We were thoroughly pleased and impressed with the amount of viewings arranged and carried out, all in only a few weeks, and as a result, the speed in which confirmed a sale. All in all, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Edward Jarvis of Ewemove, High Wycombe, and if I ever had the need of selling a property again, Edward will always be my first port of call.
