Having had some adverse credit in the past, I thought my chances at securing a rental property would have to wait until my score improved. However, Debbie at MP Redcar was incredibly helpful from start to finish in securing a property from me. She made the effort to go above and beyond outside of office hours in keeping me updated on my application and references process, and ensuring that I was kept in the loop at all times. She has been on hand and her replies have always been prompt, demonstrating excellent customer service.
