I had an unusual site to sell, land and outbuildings, and a number of estate agents were uninterested in the sale. Seeing a Michael Poole for sale board on another unusual property I thought I would give them a call and I'm so glad I did. A site visit was arranged within a couple of days and Jan gave us a valuation the following day and recommended putting the property to auction. His estimate of the auction sale price was spot on and within a month the property was sold. Our children have left home and we intend downsizing in the near future. I will be asking Jan and his team to sell our house and hope to buy a smaller home through Michael Poole.
