I recently bought a house via Winkworth, and I couldn't be happier. I went to see the property and was greeted by the most honest and sincere Nicola Roberts (I have anxiety dealing with agents from past experiences, been looking for few years), she is knowledgeable, cares and really easy to talk to, you can tell she's confident with many years of experience. We've done a sealed bid with others, and my offer was accepted. There was no gazumping or playing around or negotiations past my offer, I sent my proofs and that was it, they respected the process.
