I recently bought a house via Winkworth, and I couldn't be happier. I went to see the property and was greeted by the most honest and sincere Nicola Roberts (I have anxiety dealing with agents from past experiences, been looking for few years), she is knowledgeable, cares and really easy to talk to, you can tell she's confident with many years of experience. We've done a sealed bid with others, and my offer was accepted. There was no gazumping or playing around or negotiations past my offer, I sent my proofs and that was it, they respected the process. It's the integrity for me that sealed the deal. Nicola and the team have been extremely responsive (I'll often get a response within the hour) and helpful addressing any questions and forwarding questions to my seller. They'll step in when things appear slow or blocked. Buying a house is a difficult journey and inherently stressful (my mortgage lender insisted on two solicitors), I'm thankful that Winkworth played a great part in my journey. There is an agent that wants to sell, and there is an agent that wants to sell and make sure you and the seller are equally happy with their service.
