The Reading office staffs are very friendly and their services are second to none. There are professional teams with significant area expertise for the property management in terms of admin, tenant relationship and client relationship. Mike came to view our house, and out of all the agents we saw was the only one who gave us the comfort that he would be actively involved as a leader in the business. More importantly he gave us a no BS valuation that he then immediately followed through on with a plan to get the property sold. We accepted an offer 2-3 weeks after instructing him... exactly what you could want! I was slightly disappointed that Mike didn't follow through on the whole sale but I can appreciate that he has a team for these specific reasons and Faye was an excellent communicator. Any time I needed Mike to step in with difficult solicitors or vendors he did so happily and got things resolved. Great service for the right price, strong recommend.
