Mike came to view our house, and out of all the agents we saw was the only one who gave us the comfort that he would be actively involved as a leader in the business. More importantly he gave us a no BS valuation that he then immediately followed through on with a plan to get the property sold. We accepted an offer 2-3 weeks after instructing him... exactly what you could want! I was slightly disappointed that Mike didn't follow through on the whole sale but I can appreciate that he has a team for these specific reasons and Faye was an excellent communicator. Any time I needed Mike to step in with difficult solicitors or vendors he did so happily and got things resolved. Great service for the right price, strong recommend.
