We were feeling a little bit uneasy after moving to the UK from the states and being burned by a number of agents. After being cited fees that were extremely high (almost a full months rent by one agent) we found Winkworth. Many agents were not straightforward and even tried to hide their ridiculous fees. James and the team at Winkworth were extremely transparent and great to work with. Everyone on the team was great with communication and have always been prompt. The team went above and beyond to help us move in on short notice. We felt great about our experience with Winkworth!
