Having recently dealt with a lot of estate agents in Reading, Winkworth’s professionalism really stood out. Always on time to appointments and knew a lot about the properties we were viewing, which as we discovered, is not true of all agents! Once we had found a property we liked, Robin in particular spent a lot of time going through the reasons why we had offered what we had, our own circumstances and discussing comparable properties for sale/sold, before presenting our offer to their client. I felt that they actually cared about the quality of an offer as well as just a number on a page. Even though we mainly dealt with Robin and Gareth, it was also great that the team share information so I was able to pick up the phone and speak to any member of the Winkworth team and they knew what was going on. After a very stressful time looking for a house, Winkworth were far and away the easiest agents to deal with. Thank you!
