ive dealt with winkworth (Jon, James, Aoife and all the admin team) for only a matter of weeks, and i feel so much more valued then i did compared to the previous estate agency i was using. it is literally like comparing black and white; the difference in attentiveness is huge and in hindsight i wish i could have started using them 2-3 years ago. they keep me constantly in the loop with regards to updates and from what i can tell already try to ensure costs are kept fair and reasonable (compared to the last place who always tried to pull my trousers down; let alone conveniently forget to hand me back a large sum of deposit back). overall they have been an absolute delight to work with, and i have faith this will continue for years to come. kind regards, Jake
