We were really struggling to find a suitable property to rent and WinkWorth came to the rescue. Moving from one city to another is not easy. James, who is the lettings director kindly provisioned a last minute viewing on the same day for us when I phoned him from the train station 2 hours before viewings. Holly is a true star, after giving us a tour of the property listened carefully to our needs and understood our situation, and ensured that we and the landlord are good match and helped us to get an agreement within 10 minutes of us having left the property with a very welcome phone call. I would also like to mention Aoife who acted swiftly when we were told about a missing gas certificate for the property, which could have derailed our moving plans. She made it her top priority and ensured it was all ready and part of the agreement. My only recommendation for improvement is to ensure gas certificates, etc are in place, finding out a couple of nights before that it might not be available caused a slight panic 😉 these can easily be obtained online and don't need a physical copy. I have dealt with a few lettings agents, and WinkWorth definitely come out on top.
