From the moment we enquired about a rental flat, they were professional and "un-estate agent-like", in the sense that they weren't selling false promises. Very truthful and realistic. Whenever we contacted them, they were very quick with informative responses. Now that we have started renting, they are just as attentive and have had repairs done two days after I contacted them by their extremely helpful and handy handyman Kyle, who got most of the issues fixed on one visit. I would highly recommend these agents to anyone looking to rent or buy. In a world where tenants are at the whim of landlords, we need more companies like this where we feel listened to. Five stars.
