Annette was amazing and helpful getting us into our flat quickly and efficiently. Joe was also speedy arranging viewings and admin. Sadly since we moved in, management has been appalling. On 5/12 we were told we would be updated in two days about a long list of issues (dirty carpets and sofas, tv and satellite not working, dangerous furniture needing removal, plumbing issues). It’s 13/12 and we have heard nothing and nothing has been fixed. It looks very much like the service is good when trying to get your money and poor once they have it. Update 6/5/23. It seems Winkworth had outsourced property mgt and were in the process of bringing it back in house when we had our problems. We dealt with James Hathaway, a director, subsequently and he was brilliant. Sorted out all our problems and was really responsive. Would recommend highly now.
