Nicola has been incredible throughout the process of buying our new home. From showing us around initially, to answering all our questions via telephone and email, chasing for updates and also keeping us updated throughout. We also had great support from Michael when we had to negotiate with the seller regarding repairs. He really made us feel at ease throughout and was so supportive of us for moving into our new home. He even recommended a coffee shop and Indian takeaway for when we move in too! We were so happy to find our dream home with Winkworth in Reading!
