I have recently rented out my property in Southcote through Sansome George in Tilehurst and I can't recommend them highly enough. After completing paperwork and all the necessary checks I was handed over to Leah the Lettings Negotiator who managed to get 2 asking price offers on my property! Once my tenants moved in Georgee the Property Manager then dealt with any maintenance issues and paperwork going forward and introduced herself from the get go and was on hand for any support or queries moving forward. I have yet to experience the property inspection reports every 6 months but I am rest assured that my property is in good hands and that the team have it all under control. My first rent payment came through and the invoice was very detailed and "idiot proof" for me (was appreciated!).
