First time landlord putting my home up for rent so initially spoke to a few different Estate Agents for valuations. Jake from Prospect who initially came to see the property was very professional, diligent and knowledgable and had done extensive research before coming to meet me. He also encouraged a higher listing price than the other agents suggested. Once we had everything agreed, Prospect had not only booked 2 viewings within four hours of the property being listed we had an offer.
