I would like to personally thank Prospect and more specifically Bernadette for her outstanding commitment and professional etiquette towards her clients. I was purchasing a house for the first time with little knowledge of the experience, Bernadette guided me through the process and was always available for support or to answer any question I had no matter how trivial it was. We sold our house in Reading in Mar'22 and we had many issues with our first buyers but Ross Hobbs always did his best by chasing for answers and keeping us updated. Our second buyers went through like a dream and the house sold for a lot more than we expected. Ross was honest and did a lot of chasing on our behalf and the sale was really good and quick but that does depend a lot on your buyer as well. Prospect were the 3rd Estate Agent we used to try and sell our house and the only agent who we felt confident in to get us to completion. They are not the cheapest agents but we tried and failed with cheaper agents. Thank you Ross, we finally did it!

Recently sold our house through Prospect Reading. Sales teams were excellent and really knew the market where we lived, were realistic with their valuations as well as got to know the property in detail before viewings. They were also balanced and honest in helping us evaluate all our various offers. During the conveyancing process Bernadette from prospect was instrumental in keeping the deal on track and finally getting it over the line when the lawyers were at loggerheads. All in all the sales and the progression team were very responsive and kept us updated throughout.
