I cannot over praise Prospect and in particular Bernadette Martin (Transacton Support) for the help we received selling our property. As an Executor selling a deceased friend's flat, I expected the sale to be relatively straight forward. However, because the service we received from the firm of Propery Lawyers we instructed was beyond appalling, the sale became a nightmare and, after a lengthy time, the sale nearly fell through. Throughout the ordeal Bernadette was always polite, efficient, knowledgeable, reassuring and full of common sense. Without her help there would not have been a successful sale. My advice to anyone who is about to buy or sell a property is to only work with a firm of Propery Lawyers who have been recommended by someone who has personal positive experience working with them. Sadly, it was Prospect (not Bernadette) who recommended the firm of Propery Lawyers we instructed but based on the nightmare that we have been through together, they are unlikely to be recommending them again anytime soon. Do not assume all Propery Lawyers are the same.
