I've been a Tennant with Prospect for 6 years now across multiple properties. From what I've seen they're a good bunch. Nicola Dixon has been helping us with our recent move and has been very helpful. We had some issues unrelated to the company themselves and she's always been prompt with helping us out. There have been many others that have helped us over the years, Lauren Bastone was cracking. Nikki Gardener has so far been great as well. It's appreciated!
