We have been dealing with Prospect since we moved into our flat back in mid January 2016. Our agent, Liz Savery from Prospect has been pretty good so far. Not long after we moved in, we had some issues with our boiler and subsequently our central heating and hot water. While the problem was being rectified, she was polite, approachable and most importantly always made sure she kept us updated on the progress of the work and made sure she always replied to my calls and emails. She worked hard going between us the tenant and the landlord and did her best to ensure the unpleasant experience of not having hot water and heating in the middle of winter was as short as possible.
