I will be moving to Reading soon on rental for a while, must say I was amazed by the professionalism and swiftness of the staff. It was an absolute pleasure to work with a gentleman named Elliott Garrington. Elliott was able to close the tenancy deal in less than 24 hours from viewing while negotiating with the landlord. He was very forth coming on educating me regarding any issues I was having regarding paperwork involved. I must say, after viewing and before singing the tenancy the only thing holding me back was Prospect's Google Maps rating! When I discussed this frankly with Elliott, he explained why so, which was quite understandable to me. Given my experience till now, I am optimistic about my stay with Prospect. Cheers!
