I have been renting through Prospect for nearly two years and found the staff amenable, knowledgeable and responsive. I am currently going through a renewal and so far the process is smooth with questions being answered quickly and requests being met with a "smile". Having used lettings agents on and off for 15 years these are definitely one of the better ones.
