She took a very pro-active role in overseeing the whole process - from liaising with the buyer, chasing up queries and nudging the solicitors to keep things moving. Having Amiee as the Transaction Support Co-ordinator was a massive help! She was always chasing someone (in an efficient and helpful way!). Without her persistence, items get overlooked, forgotten, or just left on the pile of "things-to-do". Ultimately, thanks to Aimee, everything went smoothly and the sale is now complete. Overall, I would highly recommend Prospect Estate Agents for both buyers and sellers. Having used many estate agents before, nothing comes close to Prospect. It's a huge benefit to deal with such an efficient and professional company.
