Suggestions I would like to pass, Firstly I would like to thank prospect agents for considering our offer, I would like to suggest some tips that I have gone through my experience. Firstly, Reply’s to the any email by tenants within 24 hours would gives a extra trust and respect to the agent and the person dealing, Secondly, any repairs or changes requested by the tenants to the property manager should go directly to the land lord instead of going through some of the third party browser, (anyway the property will be repaired by the trusted persons by the landlord) extra hustles should be taken out. Thirdly, anyone who wants to inspect or repair the the property (even landlord) should be informed to the tenants or with the presence of tenant, Finally, landlord or the expert from agency must take a tour with the tenant in the beginning of contract to explain the damages, wire or internet sockets, meter locations and the SOP of equipments in the property.
